❤️❤️❤️Powerful. It’s also amazing what we learn in adulthood. I’ve been going through a rough patch & I just learned about a defense mechanism that I have. It’s so obvious, but I never realized it before. Sometimes we need the help of “others’ eyes” so to speak to help us better see ourselves.
